Ideal place for large groups. Ample parking and good access to Leeds via buses/taxi. Host was super responsive and accommodating.

A brilliant venue for our needs. Excellent location and very close to Leeds City Centre, a 10 minute taxi. Mike was very quick to respond and helped us with all of our queries.

Nice and clean spot, exactly as described. Great communication from host. Only negative was that we were told we had to be quiet from 10pm onwards (which is obviously difficult in a place with 12 people).

Really really lovely accommodation all new, bedrooms lovely, nice and clean built on a new estate. Sat nav couldn’t locate it, would definitely stay again

We had a lovely stay. The house was ideal for us, well presented and clean. It was spacious enough for us as a large group and Mike is a good host. There was a slight misunderstanding about the cost after we booked which caused panic as we were en route to the property. But we came to a compromise and everything was dealt with as communication was good.
