What a fabulous house and location! We come to Jenkins Pond every summer as my mom lives right down the street but our family has gotten too big to stay with her. The pond is perfect for our small children. The bedrooms downstairs afforded the teenagers some privacy. Dar and Courtney thought of everything with both fun and safety in mind. The house has been recently and very tastefully remodeled. We were excited for the king-size bed in the master, a rarity in a cottage. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location provides for an easy drive to downtown Falmouth, local beaches and Woods Hole. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home! Spotless, comfortable, cozy beds, functional backyard with lawn for kids to run around. Access to the pond was such a treat! We swam almost everyday. The pond was clean, warm and surprisingly not buggy. We loved having the flexibility of taking an evening swim after dinner. Look forward to a washing machine for our future stay. The local laundromat is a stones throw away so a definite workaround to wash our beach towels. Many thanks to Dar and Courtney who are lovely hosts! Super accommodating and very responsive! Highly recommend this getaway on the pond. It was really hard to leave this place!

The location is great on the pond with a private dock and the place is newly renovated and was spotless. Very well equipped for both staying in or outdoor activities. Not cheap, but had an amazing time.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very nice and the location was peaceful and private. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed jogging around the quiet neighborhood, swimming, fishing, kayaking and exploring the town.
