What a fantastic stay. The suite was spacious, spotless and quiet. It was close enough to amenities but tucked away enough to enjoy hikes along the picturesque Elk/ Beaver Lake. Kim was a superhost, available if you needed him, polite and curteous. Lots of parking, Large rooms and comfortable beds. Extra linen and lots of extra dishes/utensils/pots. Highly recommended!

Great spot for dog lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, with spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. However, the main floor lacks coziness, and the kitchen and dining area are a bit tight. Overall, a mostly positive experience.

We had a wonderful weekend at Kims House - and it was the perfect size for 6 people! Three large bedroom, two large bathrooms (both with bathtubs), a large lovely kitchen and lots of seating in the living room. The area/neighborhood was the best part. Right in the middle of Victoria, but felt like we were in a rural area - very quiet and lots of nature. My favourite part was it is right beside Elk Lake where there is 10 kms of beautiful trails. Literally 30 feet from the driveway is a small trail that leads you down to the main wide trail, and we used it every day with our Dog. Lovely private deck as well. We enjoyed our stay!

Location is good. Good communication. The bedrooms and bathroom upstairs are clean and well kept. This is an older house that has been updated but some things are mismatched -including the flooring. The floors downstairs are uneven and have quite quite a bit of slope. The kitchen is very basic and has very outdated and limited supplies. There was no oil, Saran Wrap… Some outlets did not work and one burner of the stove is on max or not on at all. The ice maker did not work and the kitchen was not very clean. There were no lamps and the dimmers did not go down very far.

Tucked away in one of the smaller streets in Saanich, Kim's place is a peaceful haven. Elk Lake trail was less than a 5 minute walk from the house - so quick to get to and perfect for morning walks. The house itself was spotless and Kim was so quick to respond when we would send questions via chat. We truly enjoyed our stay at Kim's place. ❤️
