The apartment met all our expectations and Herve met us outside to show us around. It's very modern with very good bedrooms and bathrooms, walk in showers and plenty of hot water and AC. The kitchen, dining and lounge is a large comfortable room, plenty of light, with a huge projection screen with all the channels - and a very clear picture. It's location is fantastic and easy to walk anywhere around Nice. It's on the first floor above the bars and restaurants in a pedestrianised street. When the windows are all closed, you can hardly hear any noise and as the bedrooms are on the back, you don't hear a thing when you go to bed, so don't let that worry you. For restaurants, try Clay opposite for breakfast (open all day and a queue forms around midday for lunch so very popular), Peixes fish restaurant (also opposite) serves the best Ceviche we've ever had. Meraki Greek restaurant down by the flower market was excellent. All in all, a wonderful long weekend. Chris, Nicola & Emma.

This is a wonderful oasis close to everything we wanted in Nice. Herve was fabulous. We'll be back!

We had an excellent stay at Hervé’s Airbnb in Nice. It was quiet, clean, and centrally located. We were able to walk to any of the attractions in Nice that we found interesting and knew we would have a comfortable home to come back to in the evenings. We were a group of 4 adults and felt we had plenty of room. I highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in Nice and hope to be back sometime ourselves.
