The place is not well maintained. A lot of the things in the airbnb are old and obviously not being taken care of. My cousin’s girlfriend ended up having bed bug bites. I tried contacting the host through airbnb asking for an hour early check in but I never got a response. Once we got to the place, the host welcomed us and was nice about having to check in early but we could’ve sorted everything out early on if they responded. The stairs are another thing too. Getting into the actual airbnb and the rooms require these spiral stairs that are in my opinion very inconvenient. When we stayed, there was some heavy rain and it flooded the inside of the receiving area. I asked the caretaker about it and they contributed it to the fridge except it wasn’t, it flooded even in the area not near the fridge. Lastly, when I woke up early one time, I caught some rats running around the kitchen. I believe the place needs some deep cleaning.

Host is very accomodating and even allowed us to extend a little time to use the pool. one thing to note though is the spiral stairs but other than that everything is great

事前に荷物を置かせてくれたり、チェックインの時間も融通をきかせてくれたりと大変親切にしてくださり、満足です。 設備も写真通りで、自分は2日間滞在しましたが飽きることなく、大変楽しく過ごせました。 立地もスーパーなどが近く、買い出しには困りませんでした。ただ、セブ市内に繰り出す場合はタクシーが必要不可欠なので配車アプリ等を事前に入れておくと良いと思います。 また、記載の通りではありますが、Wi-Fiやドライヤーなど、一部足りないなと思うものもあるので設備は確認した上で予約すると良いと思います。 総評して、大変満足な宿でした！
