This was our 3rd place to stay in on our trip, and it certainly was the best! I had never stayed in a penthouse before and this was quite the experience. By far the best of all the places we have stayed in the Philippines. Woulde definitely reccomend it to anyone who wants to stay in Cebu and have somewhere nice to stay.

Our stay at Mark & Tsin’s place was excellent. They were highly responsive and accommodating, quickly attending to all of our requests. With a total of 10 guests, we felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay.

The place delivered as advertised and more! The pictures were good, but, being there is even much better (usually reality is not the same as the pictures). The building, the friendly welcome of the people, the floor, and the space itself is A-plus! To top it off, Mark & Tsin were responsive, proactive and very informative. Definitely recommend this place!

The penthouse was so beautiful, I was amazed with the place. It looks very posh and classy. The picture did not give justice to the place. We had the most comfortable stay in Cebu. Mark, Tsin and Christopher has been very helpful with my request and concerns.
