A fine of P10,000 is imposed per offense. • No unregistered guest allowed. This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for 6 people for families including children. Additional guest is subject to approval. • No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed. • Eating and drinking on the bed is not allowed. • Please turn off Aircon, TV, Fans, and lights when leaving the premises. • Please lock the door each time you leave the unit. • Please take care of the appliances and furnishings, any damaged item will be charged accordingly. • The building management mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. • Only one car is allowed in the designated parking area. There is very limited parking in front of the building on a first come, first serve basis. • Garbage collection everyday at 7:00pm outside the unit’s main door. • Check in time is 3PM and check out time is 11:00am. Strict adherence is required to ensure enough time to manage maintenance and cleaning in between guests.
