I saw toucans on the property eating papaya! We went swimming in the Igarapé!! What a magical joy! It was a celebration of indigenous peoples day in the Amazon anddidn’t know what to expect since I’ve never been to the Amazon Rainforest. I am a naturalist and I wanted an experience that was restorative- to the body, mind, and spirit. This place The work that they do to protect the waters that are accessible from a short 1 minute walk from the house shows. They have preserved a natural spring and it is very powerful to witness the life in which dwells and the energy that the forest vibrates into your soul. I was amazed to feel so welcomed by Anna and the entire family who operates this bed and breakfast. The Acaii was absolutely delicious every morning and it was enough food to feel fueled for the entire day! I will never forget the people I met at this stay. I will never forget what they taught me about the jungle. I will always feel this place is one of my favorite places in the world

Daniel and Maria welcomed me to the family from the moment I arrived. I was keen to just rest for the first day out of 4 as I had been travelling for 2 days. They allowed me to just be and were always around the gorgeous property if I needed anything. The room was beautiful and simple with welcomed A/C especially in the evening for sleeping. Breakfast was delicious, healthy and locally sourced. Was blessed to spend some time with their Huni Kuin family to integrate at my pace. The herbal cleansing bath down at the Iragape was out of this world. Sacred Genuine and filled my heart with gratitude. Thank you Familia Haux Haux ❤️

Àpres notre passage à Sâo Paulo, notre séjour à cet endroit nous a beaucoup detendus et avons passés de très beaux moments avec les locaux. L'environnement de l'endroit nous a dépaysé par rapport au Canada. Maria nous a cuisiné de bons déjeuners. On nous a proposés quelques options pour le souper (en sus) que Maria nous a cuisinée avec goût et talent. Les rituels que nous avons ajouté à notre expérience nous ont bien détendus. Nous avons reconnectés avec l'essentiel. Nous avons vraiment appréciés de faire en couple la respiration et le yoga avec Anna. Toutes femmes devraient faire la cérémonie cacao ça revitalise l'âme! Malgré que nous ne parlions pas portugais, Daniel a su nous faire le tour guidé de la propriété et traduire nos interactions quand nous en avions besoin. Nous avons apris beaucoup sur les arbres fruitiers qui nous entourais, animaux et insectes. On nous a concocté de delicieux jus fraîchement pressés et mangé des fruits cueillis directement des arbres de la maison

O sitio fica em uma regiao muito tranquila, proxima ao aeroporto, e todos sao muito receptivos. O café da manha foi delicioso. Certamente recomendamos para quem busca uma experiencia mais imersiva em manaus.

The apartment was unique! We didn’t want to come to the Amazonas and spent the night in a standard high rise hotel, but something more fitting to the jungle, so we chose Henriques Airbnb. The house is close to the airport and beautifully decorated. Maria made us feel at home instantly and she is a great cook! The little creek was refreshing and very clean. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back!
