I had a great stay at the Lonely Goat farmhouse. The host was very responsive and positive about any issues we had. We thoroughly enjoyed every common space in the house. We stayed with a large group, and there was more than enough room to hang out. The key places in the house were updated with modern appliances, and the home had a cozy vibe, making it easily enjoyable. I would definitely stay again!

Ashley’s place is very comfy and well-appointed. It has a nice vibe of older farmhouse, with many comfortable touches and amenities that make it super relaxing. Nice for a group because you can either spread out or be together in the larger spaces. The back yard was perfect for playing with the dog. We arrived after dark and the views of the mountains were a great surprise to wake up to.

The lonely goat was a wonderful weekend retreat for our families. Slept 10 and our pup comfortably, conveniently located to Stowe, Sugarbush and downtown Waterbury. Ashley/Mel are very responsive and accommodating, and are quick to support any questions or issues. Highly recommend this beautifully renovated old farm house, for a get away for a larger group. Thanks for a great weekend!

Wonderful stay! Beautiful farmhouse with so much room and a fenced in backyard! Super clean and stocked kitchen for cooking. Perfect location close to the slopes, restaurants and Ben & Jerry’s! We had so much fun! Will book this again for sure!

We had a lovely stay here! The space was big enough for a larger group, plenty of sleeping space and hang out areas. Absolutely gorgeous outside, great quiet spots to sip some coffee in the morning.
