What an absolute gem. Sibylle could not have been more thoughtful in preparing not only the space but the recommendations, house guide and tips before arrival. We were lucky enough to visit Villa Ausblick for the 2024 total eclipse and it was of the most memorable trips of my life. The views of Camel's Hump were spectacular throughout our stay and during the eclipse it was jaw-dropping. The house is exquisitely maintained and prepared and the layout was ideal for a large family. Everything was exactly as listed and described and it was perfectly clean. The supplies for kids were a huge bonus - the playroom got tons of use - and the outdoor space was fun in both snow and the following mud. All the little touches - plenty of pantry space for guests, logs ready for the fire, extra linens, everything neat and labeled, a heads-up from Sibylle about the weather - made it such an easy stay for us. We were comfortable throughout and the location is just unbeatable. Thank you, Sibylle!

Wonderful stay and incredibly responsive and helpful host. The home is cozy and it feels like you are in your own home. The playroom was incredible for my 7 month old granddaughter! The house was really well stocked for cooking, and lots of activities to do in the house if weather doesn't cooperate.

Villa Ausblick is in a beautiful, private setting, minutes from a grocery store, restaurants, etc. in Waterbury, but feels like you're miles away from anywhere. We booked very last-minute and Sibylle was a great host starting even before we booked the house; flexible with check-in/out times and arranging for the house to be ready for our arrival. She's very responsive and helpful, answering questions and proactively providing information and suggestions for the house and surrounding area. The kitchen is well-equipped with supplies and everything is well marked, so it's easy to put things away properly. The house instructions are explicit and easy to follow. Our party is small (just two of us), so we closed off most of the huge house. We had to bring our own jacuzzi/pool towels (only jacuzzi available during winter), but we knew this ahead of time. The area has a lot of great restaurants and outdoor activities. I highly recommend dogsledding if you're there during winter!!

We loved our stay at Villa Ausblick! Sybille was very responsive and welcoming. Entire house was great - we enjoyed the shuffle board, foosball, connect 4, hot tub, beautiful views, kitchen, and had a blast skiing at Stowe

The house was good sized and clean. The playroom and the game room were fantastic for our group. We enjoyed the hot tub as well!
