A wonderful place to stay. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. House was just like the description, well maintained, clean and finely furnished. Easy access to Annapolis and the Naval Academy. Tracy, the owner was very helpful and communicative. She has a wealth of knowledge about the area and very helpful with any questions. We highly recommend this little house for anyone looking to stay in Annapolis. Thankyou, Tracy!

Tracy was one of the best hostess' we have ever experienced. She was extremely helpful as we were planning our trip & shared tremendous recommendations for our stay. Her home was an oasis & we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it! We worked out daily on her screened in patio & enjoyed post work out on the backyard swing. Her kitchen & pantry were super clean & well stocked which she generously offered to us - thank you again for the delicious local apples! Her home decor made us feel like we were staying in a museum! Lots of interesting books, furniture, decor, etc. It was overall a delightful long weekend for us & we really appreciate all your local suggestions. Thank you for your awesome hospitality Tracy & Sir Charlie - we'll definitely return one day soon!

The home was lovely and well-appointed with lots of beautiful touches. Tracy made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed our time there. Our only issue is that the price listed was not the price we were charged. I questioned this with both Airbnb and the host. Had to request a detailed receipt from Airbnb several times before getting one and found out we were being charged about $40 more per night by the host. It was explained that we were staying at a time when she charged a higher rate as hotels also do. This should be more apparent on the page as a hotel will show varying rates for various dates but it is obvious what each date costs. The page listing should reflect the actual rate.

Such a nice private home. Very cozy and well appointed. Lots of extra personal touches which were appreciated. Great porches and outside spaces. Close to USNA and DTA. Minutes from stadium. Walkable but a bit far for me. Would stay again and wish I had found this place sooner!
