From the moment you open the door it is amazing and walking down the hall looking at each room trying to decide which room to sleep in was fun. This is an awesome place to stay. There is someone upstairs but they don’t have a way to come down into the downstairs. They were very quiet. We stayed 3 nights and just loved every minute of it. We had family come visit us and there was tons of room to sit and talk. There is a hospital a block over and if you have someone staying there this would be a great place to stay for that reason. I love little things the most. What I mean is there were hooks everywhere for you to hang up stuff and I had tons of stuff. I also loved how organized everything was and the labeling so you don’t have to guess. There were cords for multiple types of devices in every bedroom for each side of the bed and in the kitchen there was a charging station. The shades blocked the sun so we woke up when we wanted to. Lastly I loved the coffee bar and the snacks.

The place was exactly what we were looking for. It had enough space, parking, and bedding to accommodate our whole group of 10. Extremely clean. Very short driving distance to whatever we wanted to do in Evansville. Great living-room area with easily enough seating to hang out with everyone at once. Could not have asked for more.

The location was good for proximity to Ford Center and Evansville activities/restaurants. Bedding and towels were plenty and very clean. There was some noise from upstairs unit, but it never kept us up at night. There are fans in every room to help with noise as well. Lots of games, seating, and dishes. Sarah was also very responsive and a great host. My one real negative is that although everything looked very clean, there was a pretty strong smell that was evident as soon as you entered the unit. It could be just the age of the building, but it was unpleasant and not what I expected for the price. Everything was clean, updated, and practical, but the smell did bother us.

This place was perfect for us! Sarah was a wonderful host-she was kind enough to let us check in early. The accommodations are all top shelf with lovely amenities. Highly recommend this one.
