Through the front foyer, and centrally located on the main floor, is the large dining room including a full size custom dining table to comfortably seat 10 people. As you continue through the dining room, you'll find the sizable kitchen equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, full place settings, non-stick cookware, a full-size coffee maker, and a mini Keurig for single servings - all suitable for 10 people. There are four spacious bedrooms, with one on the main floor and 3 on the second floor. On the main floor, the bedroom lies adjacent to the dining room and is separated by a set of private French doors. The full bathroom with bathtub includes a starting set of shampoo/conditioner and soap and oversized plush towels. It is situated down the hall near the kitchen - accessible to anyone. At the top of the steps to the right you'll find the first of 3 bedrooms on the second floor. This bedroom includes 2 queen size beds, luxury sheets, a 43" Smart TV, and plenty of table space. A private full size bathroom with bathtub and 2 sink vanity is attached to the bedroom. As you continue down the hallway, you'll find another bedroom to your left, which includes a queen size bed. Across the hall is an open full size bathroom with bathtub that opens into the third bedroom as well. This bedroom includes a king bed, small desk, and 43" Smart TV. All bedrooms include a luggage rack that can be found in the closets. All beds are covered with an encasement to protect against allergens, bed bugs, dust mites, and spills. An iron and table top ironing board can be found in the bedroom closet on the main floor. A First Aid Kit and Fire Extinguisher can be found underneath the kitchen sink.
