Sea Dwellers Rest, is a Victorian terraced house located 200 metres from beautiful, award winning Blue flag South Beach of Lowestoft. Spread over two floors with a lovely calming interior and contemporary styling. It can accommodate 4 people. Easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and a cinema. Perfect for friends, a couple or just some reflective alone time. The house is also an alternative for working remotely. Sit back and relax in this soothing, stylish space. The first floor has two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. Each bedroom is a double. The bathroom has a shower and bath, vanity unit with sink, toilet and a heated towel radiator. The first bedroom is south facing and has the most amazing light. Decorated with tongue and groove, painted floorboards and vintage paintings. There is a chest of drawers, chairs and a long peg rail to hang your belongings. This bedroom also has a desk and stool which is ideal for working remotely. The second double bedroom, decorated with tongue and groove has a small walk in wardrobe with a hanging rail, shelves and a full length mirror. Here you find a hair dryer, clothes steamer, iron and a small ironing board. Downstairs you will find the kitchen, fully equipped with an induction hob, electric over, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and kettle. Open shelves with crockery and everything you need for your stay. Under the stairs is a cupboard/ larder where you find extra glasses, tea towels, and other kitchen equipment. There is also a washing machine and a microwave. The dining room has a table with 4 chairs, a rocking chair and side table. The living room has a sofa , rocking chair, plenty of books and a TV to keep you occupied during your stay. There is also an extra table for working. The court yard is small but has an outdoor table and two chairs, battery powered lights and plants. The coal shed at the back of the house is where you'll find the bins. There is free street parking outside on Clifton Road and on neighbouring roads. Or there is a pay and display car park at the end of Clifton road. Please note there is not designated parking for the house. If your planning on not using your car for your stay or have a particularly large car, there is free parking along Wellington Esplanade NR33 0QQ, opposite the Pier.
