Situated in a great location within walking distance of Oulton Broad where you’ll find independent cafes, bars, restaurants, fun for the kids and the stunning Norfolk Broads. Visit award winning local beaches or the charming town of Southwold which are a short car ride away or take a 10 minute walk to the train station and hop on a train to the bustling city of Norwich. A Victorian end terrace, sleeping 5 guests in 3 upstairs bedrooms. Featuring big screen Smart TV’s, fibre broadband and a wood burner which is perfect for a cosy winter night in. The house has been totally refurbished from top to bottom, providing a lovely inviting, homely feel for all our guests. Please be aware the stairs are traditional Victorian terrace stairs which may be considered a little steep for some guests.”

Immaculately presented and really well equipped property. We had a fantastic stay here and I would definitely recommend.
Lovely cottage, extremely clean, had everything needed and a generous welcome pack for us and the dog. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
We had a wonderful stay with our 2 little dachshunds,the house was presented perfectly in as new condition. We found it very comfortable and it has everything you could possibly need. Great location near oulton broad where there is pubs,restaurants or takeaways and plenty of convenience stores. Helen was a perfect host and would highly recommend.
Wow! Such a stylish house with all you could ever need, along with a warm welcome. We were very comfortable in this home as a family of 4, with a dog. We had some lovely walks to the broads, so location is great. We have stayed in many Air BnB’s now and all agree this is our favourite. We would love to return soon!
