Sarah was very helpful and her place was excellent for our family's stay. we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the well equipped kitchen, and our daughter enjoyed the toys.

It is just the right place if you want a neighborhood feel and a quick walk to the Metro to visit DC.

5 stars for great value. Pros: Great location - safe neighborhood, minutes to a train station to DC, minutes to a beautiful bike trail that leads all the way to DC. Good value for the price - we had everything we needed Cons: Keep in mind that this is a basement apartment. It got loud at times (especially early mornings) with the baby and the dog running around right above us. The shower is tiny - I'm 5'3 size 2, and I felt cramped in it The parking is free on the weekends, but there's a 3 hour limit on the week days. The host said nobody ever had an issue with that, and we didn't get a ticket (parked there for about 6 hrs one morning), but I think this should be made clear in the posting. My son (9) used one of the air mattresses, and it was completely deflated by the morning. We didn't try the second one

Adorable basement apartment. GORGEOUS fireplace, comfortable furniture. Great TV & access to premium entertainment. very comfortable bed and bedding.
