Beautifully updated and comfortable house. Not very walkable because the roads have no shoulder or sidewalks, but a quick drive to many good restaurants.

The house with clean and well stocked in terms of kitchen utensils, blender, soda stream etc. the house is perfect for a quiet retreat and located close to the Southhampton rec center for kids camps, tennis, squash etc. We appreciated the clean and comfortable beds and nice bedding and having the master away from the other rooms was perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Thank you for hosting us!

This was a nice, modest home if you are looking to stay in The Hamptons for a few days/short stay. It is small and cozy, but has the basic essentials and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Although note if you have young kids, the other bathroom (not master bathroom) does not have a handle from inside of the bathroom (at least during our stay it didn't), so it may be a tough feat to exit if your kid is too small/young. However, we were all adults and so the issue was at most minimal/slight inconvenience. The home is a close drive away to beaches, vineyards, museums, shopping, restaurants. Note that we also had to dispose our garbage daily at a nearby disposal center as there was no garbage pail/bin outside the house. Slight detour to our mornings since it isn't open 24/7, but this was not a huge deal. It could be because we live in Manhattan and aren't used this. Overall, this cozy house is located in a nice, quiet location. The host is great and responsive and gave nice recommendations on activities to explore prior to our stay. Communication with the host was the highlight!

We spend a great week with the family (3 adults and 2 elementary school children). The house is very comfortable with plenty of light and central air. The master bedroom and bathroom is separated from other rooms, making it ideal place to rest away from the rest of the family. the house easily hosted two families for dinner, once inside and once on the patio.
