Nice place for a trip to meet up with another couple who are friends that moved to another state. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for us. Jeb and Julie are excellent hosts and were very responsive to an inquiry I made and provided clear instructions. Nice outdoor seating area around a fire pit. Big 85" TV in the game room since most of our days were spent exploring Charleston. Evenings were spent visiting and then resting our tired and achy bodies. Beds were comfortable and we ll slept well. The neighborhood is a mixed bag in that there are several well-kept houses interspersed with others that sadly the owners don't take much pride in keeping up their appearance, i.e. piling junk outside and not mowing their lawns. In other words, very similar to most neighborhoods including the one I live in in Texas! But it was nice and quiet and we never felt nervous about safety or anything. Would definitely consider staying here again if visiting Charleston.

We were 5 adults, two married couples and one single man, staying 5 nights. The layout of the house was ideal for our group. It was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that there was insufficient soap and shampoo for a group of this size and the sink had no dish drain.

We were so happy with our stay at this clean, comfortable place. The owners were so thoughtful. They made check in and check out easy. We appreciated all the nice touches that made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend!

What a beautiful home. We celebrated our 15 year anniversary and was able to watch our 11 year old compete at Shipyard Park. Everything was amazing. Having certain items that you would normally have to buy available was the best! When we come back, we hope this home is available!
