Deb’s place is a great price in a great location, but it is listed as a “dedicated bathroom” just for you and that turned out not to be the case. Otherwise the place is as described and has a lovely vibe.

Second time of staying at Hiraeth Homestay and it's a characterful house very conveniently situated for the attractions of Llangollen, only a few mins walk from the river and shops. It's beautifully quiet and comfortable and well furnished. Deb is also very helpful with local knowledge and the addition of some items of food as a welcome and for breakfast was really appreciated. All in all it makes for a lovely stay.

We loved our stay with Deb. She is a very good communicator and was responsive to our questions. Her place is lovely. Very cozy and roomy bedroom with seating area, opening window, fan, fresh linens and all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Lovely Airbnb in the heart of Llangollen with easy parking and close to all the shops and restaurants. Deb was a lovely host extremely flexible and accommodating and really looked after us for our 4 day stay. Hope to stay again in the not too distant future! Thanks Deb!

I’d highly recommend staying with Deb. The room is great, clean, comfortable and as described. You also have all the amenities you need within the room. Deb is a great host & it felt more like I was visiting a friend. The extra bonus for me was of course Bob, Deb’s lovely dog.
