Coral Beach is a perfect location if you want total rest and relaxation. The condo was dated yet comfortable and the neighbours were quiet. The bed mattress, sheets and pots/pans could use an upgrade. Greg was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that came up.

Greg's place is a great deal. It's very clean, but somewhat outdated. We love Coral Beach and have been there several times. The resort is beautiful and the people are great! The restaurant has delicious food. A few things can be improved at Greg's unit. The door wall needs to be replaced. You can't close the screen because the track is bent and rusty. Kind of sucked, because I would have liked to leave the door open and enjoy the weather. The balcony and the chairs were filthy with bird poop. I cleaned it. There are no beach chairs to take down to beach. 😥 Also, this unit doesn't have a coffee pot or a cork screw for wine. Two MUST HAVES for me! Otherwise, Greg's place is clean and the price is right.

Greg was very quick to respond to my inquires. Excellent location! Beautiful Coral Beach right out front of complex, pool, bar and restaurant onsite. Short walk to Lucayan Marketplace, or a short bus ride to downtown Freeport for $1.25 US. Cabs can be expensive and fares should always be discussed prior to or you can pay a ridiculous amount. We used Eva's taxi to get to airport for $25 US for 2 people. She was very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend Greg and his condo. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

+ : Localisation excellente, piscine, proximité plage, resto proche, vue magnifique, appartement bien équipé (shampoing, essuies, draps, sèche cheveux, wifi, etc), contact facile avec Greg. - : frigo très bruyant et rideaux manquants, difficile de dormir… L’appartement mériterait un bon coup de rafraîchissement. Un peu cher pour ce que c’est.
