There were some confusion about being a Windham property. It was actually a La Quinta by Windham. There was another Windham property across the street. It was not clear which one was the correct one. This is actually a La Quinta hotel and we had two rooms. It was exactly as presented, There was confusion about full service. On our second night, we requested that the room be clean and we needed clean towels. After returning from a long day to come into our rooms in the evening, the rooms had not been touched and there were no fresh towels. However, upon going to the front desk they were able to give us The towels we needed. We requested the room, cleaned the next day, and again there was no service the next day either also again, they were very generous and made sure we had the towels that we needed. The breakfast was wonderful. All of the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
