The space was great, comfortable for my parents, and my Husband and our little one. Very close to everything. Great backyard. Only issue was Vacasa Idaho's responsiveness. If I were the home owner, I would want a better property manager. When we booked, we forgot to use a credit we had. I tried to cancel and rebook. The cancellation policy would not let me cancel without incurring penalty (this was within minutes of booking). I reached out to the host, Vacasa Idaho. About a week later they responded and told me that I could cancel within first 24 hrs. Clearly a canned response as it wasnt timely or accurate. I asked again if they could cancel the reservation so I could rebook with the credit. Another 2 weeks go by and I finally receive a similarly unhelpful response. Whatever % they are charging the home owner is too high.

We had a great time visiting Sandpoint and the surrounding areas. We loved eating down the street at Connie’s Cafe! We did have one minor issue with the hot tub but the host was there to fix it within the hour of me reaching out. There were tons of games to entertain the family. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Wonderfully located home. Very comfortable and clean. Nice backyard for my dog. I would definitely go back to this home.

The house is so quaint and comfortable, the outside area, with the hot tub and fire pit is so relaxing! It made it extra great that it was pet friendly! Definitely will stay again! Highly recommend!
