We had a wonderful stay at Villa Martina. A superb house on an agricultural estate with lots of charm. The owner is extremely friendly. We took advantage of the swimming pool and even saw a turtle on the garden, the children were delighted. The perfect place to spend a great family holiday in Menorca in a very quiet location. We will definitely come back and we highly recommend this very beautiful rental.

We loved the tranquil setting of Villa Martina - up a track, on it's own and surrounded by small holding type plots. The gardens were beautiful and the pool was great as was the covered terrace area which is huge and has nicer furniture than you see in the photos. The villa itself was very comfortable, however, unlike some self-catering homes you do need to bring/buy soap, shampoo, food wrap, kitchen roll etc. if you need these things. There is a small dishwasher but only 3 tablets were provided (we stayed 5 nights). No aircon but very good freestanding fans were provided and enough for one for each bedroom. The whole place was spotless too. Each day the pool man comes and also the guy who looks after the cultivation of the surrounding land. A gardener also visited. They are all very polite and pleasant and respectful of privacy. We had a problem with the safe (no instructions - some would be useful) and contacted Escape home who sent someone to the villa to help the same day.

Hemos estado por trabajo y los niños han disfrutado muchísimo de los espacios tanto interiores como exteriores. Todo han sido facilidades por parte del anfitrión y recomendamos enormemente este alojamiento tanto para familias como para parejas o amigos. Cuando volvamos a Menorca, repetiremos sin duda!!!

Très belle maison et très belle piscine. La personne qui surveille la maison est très sympathique. Il nous a amener des figues et des pastèques. Attention il ne parle qu’espagnol mais on arrive à se comprendre. il manque néanmoins quelques équipements de base pour la cuisine. Le chemin d’accès mériterait d’être un peu aménagé car il pourrait abîmer les voitures. Dernièrs points : la maison n’ayant pas de climatisation, on dort les fenêtres ouvertes. Il faut avoir le sommeil lourd car entre les coqs qui chantent toute la nuit, les chiens et les ânes ça n’est pas facile de bien dormir. Avec une clim cette location serait vraiment presque parfaite.
