For a "tiny house" it does a great job maximizing space. Kitchen was beyond functional. The real selling point is the location within the marina/resort - the picnic tables sheltered on the lakefront, the lovely porch and the beach-area made it a great stay

nice place, next to lake, comfortable bed and good amenities for a tiny house. we will definitely visit again when the weather is warmer.
