This is a beautiful appartment and would highly recommend. There is a lack of local amenities after 5pm. This was a bit of a pain as the nearest shop was a 30 mile round trip. Elizabeth was a delight to deal with and was very helpful when I lost my way finding the place. We all really enjoyed our stay and none of the negatives is a reflection on the appartment or host. Beautiful location!

El entorno es inmensamente hermoso. Hay q tener en cuenta q al haber ido fuera de temporada lo poco q hay cierra temprano y si queres comida debes havcer 20 min de auto hasta la localidad mas cercana. De noche muy oscuro el entorno ya q esta en las afueras de la pequena localidad de Armadele . De todos para nosotros fur todo excelente

This place is a gem! The apartment is so beautiful and truly peaceful. It is set among a historical grounds with gorgeous gardens and castle. Our host was extremely responsive to our questions and very helpful during our stay! The only thing that we were confused by from the post to reality was the hit tub. Being Americans, we assumed it was a jacuzzi, but instead it was a jet bath tub (which was relaxing, but different than expected). I highly recommend staying here!!

The Flora MacDonald apartment was a beautiful, romantic getaway. The view is breathtaking, and even off-season and without a car at our disposal we could just enjoy short hikes in nature. Of course the apartment itself is the absolute perk here, well designed, cozy yet spacious and with all the utilities needed for a holiday. Elizabeth was a lovely host and even dropped us off some olive oil that we forgot to pick up ourselves, insuring that we could cook properly on our first night there. Thank you Elizabeth!
