Beautiful spot to stay, spotlessly clean, stunning view and amazing hosts. Place was set up so beautifully on our arrival with lovely treats. We felt very welcome. ❤️

We came to Cape Town to celebrate our mom's and all that they have done for us on a mother-daughter trip. We did so much research to find beautiful places to stay, and Neil and Caitlin's cabin was absolutely wonderful. We had an incredible stay. Our moms each had their own rooms, and the common open-concept space with kitchen was PERFECT for hanging out together while we cooked. The balcony extension of the main space was a perfect place to enjoy our morning coffees and dinners together. Caitlin has thought of every single detail at the cabin. We felt right at home in every way. From the little things, like the well-stocked kitchen (with every took you could dream of, including a choice of wooden boards for charcuterie nights!) to the soaps in the washroom, the set-up fireplace, and the welcome treats, etc. Caitlin was also super proactive to let us know of local conditions and power outages, and we had everything we needed to make it though. Thank you for a truly memorable stay!!

What a wonderful, relaxing, spacious cabin! The cabin is very comfortable, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The location is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Caitlin and Neill were wonderful hosts - very friendly, attentive and proactive. I would highly recommend the Kingfisher Rest Log Cabin.
