Had a great stay at the location in Riverside Alabama, everything was as advertised. Didi is very nice and responsive, never waited very long for a response from her. It is a great place to unplug. I had no problem not having tv, and where as there is no internet, i was able to find spots that i could get it through my cell carrier, and had little issues with calls or texts with AT&T service. The grounds are very nice being right on the lake. If you have a Kayak or fishing poles, bring them, easy access to water. If you want a nucd stay in a country atmosphere, this place is for you. Will stay again next time im up.

We had a great time staying here for the Talladega race! Within 15 minutes of grocery stores, food, and the track. It’s a brand new place, so we didn’t know what to expect. Check in was super easy and the neighbors were very friendly! Very quiet and secluded. Cell reception was non existent lol but we knew wifi hadn’t been installed yet being so new. The only thing we wished was there more pots/pans, cooking utensils, etc for the kitchen. Otherwise it was a great visit! Would definitely stay here again for a quick getaway if we lived closer!

Once we got there and discovered there was no tv or WI-FI, we contacted Didi. We were not staying for vacation. Our home was flooded and we needed a temporary place to stay. We needed WI-FI for work. Didi promptly gave us a full refund. That was the first good thing that happened to us in awhile. It would be the perfect place to unplug and enjoy the lake. Didi truly is a super host!
