Très bon séjour passé à Al Muneera. Notre hôte était réactif et très amical. Le logement était propre et conforme au descriptif. Je recommande !

An excellent apartment located in a good position on the southern edge of Abu Dhabi. The corniche is within 30-45 minutes drive and Dubai from about an hour. The staff in the apartment complex are helpful and the facilities good. However, in a disappointing experience, the front door lock was faulty and a balcony door difficult to use. The initial responses from the letting agency were poor. It took over 2 hours to gain access on arrival and then only by luck. Promised support did not always turn up. The maintenance staff who came were excellent and once a more senior employee became aware of the issues the support was excellent, promises were kept and a refund and other gestures of apology were quickly arranged. The agency needs better procedures to support the customer at out-of hours times. It is such a pity that our trip was marred and time in the city and with friends was lost. The apartment really is very good and the apartment block and location are terrific.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The decorations were super cool, making the place feel really cozy. The swimming pools were fantastic – perfect for family fun. Only downside was finding parking, and the walk was a bit long. But once inside, everything was great! Perfect for a young family getaway.

great location and comfortable flat for family living. It was unfortunate to experience some issues with a fridge and hassle with repair arrangements, otherwise good stay. thanks for accommodating us
