Charming old house that was clean and comfortable for 2 adults and a kid. Walkable to shops/restaurants and grocery store. Easy to access other areas of Asheville. Responsive host. Clear and easy check in and out.

The place was spacious and gorgeous. We had complete privacy, and it was close to restaurants and bars. Additionally, Melissa is a superb host. She responds quickly, and despite her busy schedule, she made time to chat about different neighborhoods in Asheville. She is very friendly, and I’d definitely come back!

one of the cleanest spaces we've stayed. beds and pillows were very comfortable. walking distance to several amazing restaurants and shops. The Ingles (grocery store) also in walking distance has a great beer selection and carries local brews.

We loved the home the moment we walked in. The house exudes so much character. All of the rooms (except dining room) have ceiling fans, which kept the home comfortable despite having no a/c. There were lovely outdoor spaces to utilize; we enjoyed a couple meals on the front porch. Check-in was a breeze and host was very responsive. You can easily walk to several shops and restaurants as well as a grocery store. Would definitely return to this home if we go back to Asheville!
