Alicia is really easy going and friendly. Her dog Brian is a sweetheart. So double win. We were a last minute booking due to being rained out of our campsite and there was no fuss. Alicia was out when we arrived but gave us clear instructions on how to use the key box to access the studio. The room was neat, clean, comfortable and thoughtfully presented. We were in town for training and it was both a convenient location and a good price point for our needs. We used the kitchen to cook a simple meal and it had everything we needed.

Great stay at Alicia's! 10min walk to a busy cafe and shopping strip. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Easy access to the shared bathroom and toilet in the main house. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked well equipped. Alicia was kind enough to lend us her bike helmetsnand was always friendly and full of good tips when we crossed paths. Brian, her little dog, is a friendly inquisitive fella. Couldn't ask for a better value spot to spend a few days in Newcastle.
