Had a really lovely stay while in Seattle for a concert. Zack's house is adorable, well-decorated, and comfortable. Despite not having a kitchen, there were more than anough amenities in the suite for our stay and we had a blast wandering through the neighbourhood. Tons of parking as well.

To start off this is a basement, there is no kitchen, and the only sink is the one in the bathroom under the moldy ceiling. We checked in around 630pm. We had an early drive the next day. The problem was Zach and his companion are incredibly noisy, playing loud music, hollering and laughing loudly until 6am. He left us damp towels in the dryer. I tried numerous times to contact him with no luck, finally around 9 am he responded. He offered a full refund at first which we agreed to and left, after we had made last minute accommodations elsewhere I got a message from him taking back his offer, stating that he did not send the message but rather someone else managing his account and that I would have to cancel and he would only refund if he could book another guest for that night. I called him out on it and he in turn said I was harassing him and to not contact him again. Thankfully AirBNB ultimately refunded me after seeing the chat logs (and his lies) and video recordings we took.
