This might have been my favorite experience so far! Steven was super communicative, providing a link and map, as well as written instructions. He checked in throughout the visit to make sure we didn’t need assistance. The property is absolutely beautiful. Even though it’s fall and fairly cold, we walked down to the pond several times, including at night to star gaze. I am fairly local and visit the Cape frequently; I definitely hope to return!

The cottage was very pleasant with comfortable furnishings and lots of natural lighting from good-sized windows. The deck was pleasant to sit on for morning tea. My husband adored the outdoor shower set-up. Despite the fact that it was October, he used it every morning. With close proximity to Rte. 6, without the hubbub of traffic sounds, the location made it simple for us to pop down to the lower cape National Seashore beaches or over to Orleans.

Steven's cottage was wonderful for our October stay...super clean and cozy. Quiet neighborhood. Steven was very attentive and accommodating: excellent communication! There was everything we needed in this sweet cottage. Access to ocean and bay is wonderful. We would love to return.

Steven's place is ideal. It is very private, quiet, very clean, very spacious for 2 people, and located near incredible beaches and great restaurants. Steven was extremely attentive. I highly recommend staying here you won't be disappointed.

Cozy cottage that was perfect for two people although enough beds for 4. Steven reached out to us proactively and was highly responsive to questions we had. Offered us a late checkout without us even asking. The cottage was clean, well equipped and organized, and conveniently located for our planned activities in Eastham, Wellfleet and Provincetown. Would definitely stay there again.
