Phenomenal property! Spectacular water views, private, peaceful. The cottage itself simply perfect. Super comfortable nectar mattress just sooo comfy. Charming decor. Star gazing in the moonlight overlooking the ocean in the hot tub.. ..priceless! Then coming inside to the gas fireplace just so nice. Despite private location super convenient to national seashore salt pond visitor center beaches and trails as well as MANY spectacular dining options. Beautiful property managed extremely well by Del Mar

The view is amazing. The place is quiet and private (although there is a construction site nearby.). We like the interior and outdoor porch. Feel warm and cozy. We suggest that the water in the hot tub should be cleaned more frequently.

Really enjoyed my stay at del mar over NYE. The location is just gorgeous and the home feels larger than it appears in pictures. Beds were super comfy and decor was subtly millennial. Doors were hard to lock, but there were instructions on how to handle that.
