Incredibly beautiful home that was perfect for our group stay. Loved the amenities and living spaces for my family. The open light and open spaces made sure that were able to spend so much time together. I would love to stay here again!

The whole property was very beautiful, inside and out. It was spacious, well furnished, and welcoming to say the least. We had about 10 family members and everyone had more than enough space. The kitchen was full of of essential utensils and we had everything we needed for the grill. A few words of advice for anyone else staying there… the bedroom above the garage is huge and takes a little while to warm up in the winter! Also, the TV in the basement’s volume was on 100 and none of the remotes would turn it down, so you have to use the little knob on the actual TV. Other than that everything was pretty perfect! What a gorgeous home. I would love to come back in the summer time with my family!

This is a beautiful, large home on Orleans Cove with ready access to the water right from the backyard. Amenities like a fire pit, a large grill, a sauna and pool table were all wonderful. We so enjoyed many outdoor activities—hiking, surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, bike riding. We felt for the price—and we have rented many luxury homes on Cape Cod—there were a few things we would have appreciated. The steps down to the water were somewhat treacherous (many homes in the area have docks, this home does not). The dishwasher upstairs was not really functional due to clogging of the filters. Most of the windows did not have screens. Overall, a wonderful stay nonetheless and we had a great time.

Location is off of a main road. House is in condition and good views of harbor. Conveniently located to restaurants and beaches. Few issues that we had during our stay - - Basement and bedrooms dirty upon arrival (they resent cleaners) - Kitchen dishwasher was broken (not addressed and very inconvenient to hand wash all dishes) - Grill was broken first few days (fixed on day 2) - Dryer did not work - Multiple bulbs were out around the house Thanks
