Kortney’s place is huge. The layout of the house was a little quirky, but it worked well for our 7. There were so many beds! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook a couple of times. The hot tub was great. It’s close to Kanab but still secluded enough to have a gorgeous view of the mountains. Their amazing treehouse had caution tape on it but there was the cutest little kid town in the front yard with a bunch of ride on toys - my kids had a blast. Kortney also put together an amazing binder of local attractions. We visited Zion and Coral Pink Sand Dunes - both were great. The checkout procedures were the easiest of any Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Wish we could have stayed another week.

The house was in a good location, right off downtown. About an hour and a half to Bryce and an hour to Zion. We enjoyed both parks. It was a very comfortable place to come back to. The house was clean, plenty of space for our family of six (four kids 10-15). The kids enjoyed the theatre room and I enjoyed the hot tub. We didn't use the yard much. The yard seemed a little run down.

The home was nice, needed some real tlc. We rented the home for two main reasons, 1. the location was a central location to all the sites we wanted to visit while on vacation. 2. We have children that wanted to use the hot tub, and play in the treehouse and train. Unfortunately, the treehouse was not real safe for the little one to play in, and the train was not taking care of either. The hot tub was not clean the first time we attempted to go in, and when we contacted someone about coming out, they sent a teenager that ended up not vacuuming the hot tub and just throwing chemicals in it, so the dirt and trash were still there. We had to wait to use the hottub till they sent someone out to vacuum it. The home fit our family and our needs while we were there and with a little more care it would be considered a great property from me to rent.

This was a hard review to write. The home is perfectly located to so many fun and beautiful places. There are a lot of adventures to be had. It is however in the middle of two construction sites. My family wanted to use the home to relax after long days of hiking, but construction crews woke us up seven out of our nine days there. It would start around 7 am and go nonstop until seven or 7:30 PM. There was nonstop beeping from multiple construction vehicles, digging, sawing and at times the whole house would vibrate. It was impossible to hear each other if we tried to enjoy the hot tub or fire pit. It was also very dusty from the construction outside. While I know that Kourtney can not control the construction around her home I feel that all guests should be warned what is happening. You will have 10–12 hours of loud construction daily for the foreseeable future at this rental. We were there the first week in April 2024.
