Our stay was great! Beautiful views and the house itself is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s close to restaurants, shopping and other things to do, which is nice considering everywhere around it is pretty desolate. We would recommend this listing to anyone!

Great location for easy home base to all the things we wanted to do while in Utah for our family of 4. Clean, well appointed, comfortable beds and quiet location. We did a lot of cooking while there and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Lovely home! Has a lot of great recommendations in binder left for guests, house is super spacious and clean, super private. Has great views and is not at all far from the town, with Zion NP only 30 minutes away, it was a great stay! Will definitely be booking again in the near future!

While the location was great and the beds were comfortable, the home itself was a bit disappointing. The rugs were stained and not very clean with pet and human hair stuck to them, the kitchen pots and pans were put away with food residue still on them as well as the blender and food processor and the utensils were not cleaned thoroughly. The dishwasher might need to be replaced. When I messaged the management company, Evolve, they didn't give a proper response to ask for more details until the day AFTER we checked out. Most disappointing wa tseh yard - it needs maintenance and was filled with dead plants and weeds with prickly stickers that were constantly stuck in our dog's paws, making them not want to even use the fenced in yard. We travel frequently and this experience was definitely not the norm for us.
