We had multiple families meet at this house for our hiking trip in Kanab. Everyone was very comfortable, the beds and linens were great. The house looks just like the photos and is well stocked and clean. We had four kids in our group and they enjoyed the playroom and playground onsite. The location made for a great launching point to hike the Wave, see Antelope Canyon, and sled on the sand dunes. Jess was very proactive in sending instructions and information so we were prepared for arrival and departure. Would not hesitate to book again!

My family and I stayed at the Kanab home for 4 days and we loved every minute of our time spent at this beautiful house! It was spacious, accommodating, and gorgeous! Our hosts were polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to see that we had an amazing time in Kanab! We hope to return soon!

Incredible!! We‘ve stayed at dozens of Airbnbs - many much more expensive than this one - and this home was the best ever for our family. There was everything we could want, from endless beautiful bedrooms, wonderful decoration touches everywhere, fantastic toys for the kids, the home theater, etc. Everything brand new. Outside, there were beautiful views and a Wild West feeling with horses, goats and cows as neighbors. And the stars at night…it reminded me of being a kid. I can’t say enough good things.

Upon arrival to our rental in Kanab we noticed the parking was perfect for all of our trucks and trailers. So much room. The yard is big and has a very inviting pool (lots of pool towels) and patio area and a play set. Inside the house was so clean, beautifully decorated, well Organized and labeled. Beautiful appliances with a second fridge, along with the walk in pantry containing a coffee bar and plenty of storage. Two dining tables made a perfect eating situation for our big group. Ping pong, pool table and play room Offers kids of every age something to do all of the time. The teenagers loved the bunk room and watched a movie every night up there while the adults watched a show on the comfy downstairs couch and great quality projector. This place has everything you could ever need. Would 10/10 recommend.
