Outside - The home has a spacious backyard, swimming pool with slide, lounge chairs, hot tub, grass area, covered patio with ceiling fans, outdoor seating & dining table, propane BBQ and a fire pit. The home has a spacious driveway and one large garage providing ample space to park vehicles, trailers, ATV's & bicycles. **Please be aware that this property is not suitable for young children or toddlers as there are 4 exits/entrances that lead out back to the pool area.** The pool is not fenced off and is easily accessible. There will be a waiver to sign before booking for insurance purposes. Please keep in mind that the pool is closed during the winter months. Depending on weather, the pool closes around mid-October and opens back up sometime in April. Our pool is weather dependent because it's heated with a heat pump and solar panel. Hot tub is open year round.
