It’s just a few minutes to the center of Commercial Street, 4 minute walk to Crown and Anchor, 5 minutes to the Boat Slip. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a four season back porch, full dining room and living room, ample kitchen, huge outdoor patio with fire pit sitting area, hot tub, and outdoor dining area all in separate parts of the back yard. The back yard is wrapped in a high fence for privacy and flowering garden throughout. There's plenty of space throughout the house to be together or work and hang out apart after a great day sightseeing. There’s parking for 2-3 cars. A garage with a gym with free weights, bench press and squat rack. ***During the Summer Months June 15 to September 7 - Guests Must check in and out on Saturdays for a 7 day period. There aren’t exceptions that can be made during this date range*** We have a strict no party policy in the home/property. Guests who are on the reservation are welcome to enjoy the entire home and property but hosting others for a party or staying at the home or property in any context is not allowed outside of the guests on the airbnb reservation. There are 2 cameras on property. One is located at the front door and the other at the back door. Views of the cameras include the immediate area around the camera with limited periphery view. Cameras aren’t monitored regularly. They’re Ring cameras. The purpose is to ensure safety/security of the home and property. There are no cameras within the home itself.
