Willow was easy to connect with. It was clean and came with everything as advertised.

Carpet is old, stained sofa, burnt pots, no baking tray, TV is crap- slow to turn, does not turn on or off sometimes, no instructions on how to use amenities no remote control for tv. However when told of issues ANB did their best to fix issues. Was not told clearly that washing drying is coin operated separately. Gym was good but tv does not work, bins were not emptied and there were no wipes to clean before or after exercising

Willow's place is a great location and easy to get around on foot. The place was exactly as described. One small note - if you are sensitive to light, the curtains in the apartment are VERY thin and let in a lot of the natural light. Be sure to pack an eye mask!

The apartment itself was as described - it's clean, located in a convenient area in Berkeley and also the amenities were all great and as described - in the apartment and in the building. There were some stomping noise from upstairs neighbors but otherwise sound proofing was adequate. Unfortunately my stay was cut short since there was no available parking spot for the building reserved for me. My reservation appears to be managed by a couple of groups of management groups and there was some miscommunication between them and the building even though I booked and paid for the spot two months in advance. As a result, my car almost got towed from the parking lot (I caught it in time) so it was quite a stressful experience. But the team did try as hard as they could to resolve it and once we mutually decided to cancel the reservation and I had to move out again, the process of getting the refund has so far been quite smooth and timely. All in all quite an unfortunately experience.
