Hosting three bedrooms including two doubles and a twin with a zip/link feature making it a super-king along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, and a snug with rocking chairs. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a garden with a lawn, patio and furniture. Bridge End Cottage is a wonderful retreat for a holiday to Cumbria.

The cottage was as we’d expect. We had everything we needed on our stay and felt everything was thought through (to the degree where there were pods for a coffee machine). The rooms were tidy, comfy, and clean. Just off a main road and a short walk to a local pub. Easy access to the local areas. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely go back and stay there. Thoroughly recommended

Charming little cottage with a pretty outlook and garden setting. Local pub within walking distance but will need to drive to get into the nearest village. Cottage needs a good clean, dust under beds and remnants of old food on dining chairs. Garden needs a good weeding. Overall a nice stay.
