The cottage is conveniently located 10 minutes from the Asheville airport & is centrally located between Asheville & Hendersonville. Mountain View Cottage is dog friendly & is the perfect place to spend quality time with friends & family after a full day of adventures that WNC has to offer. Unwind by our outdoor firepit & take in the expansive view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Mountain View Cottage (MVC) has a vintage meets modern mountain chic vibe! MVC is centrally located between Asheville & Hendersonville. The cottage is so charming & has the most breathtaking views. The cottage was originally built in 1948 and we kept its brick charm exterior while completely updating the interior of the home. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home plus a private office! The property is dog friendly. However, we must pre-approve your dogs prior to arrival. Small-Medium size dogs are allowed. Up to 2 dogs and there is $75 fee per pet. The property is fully fenced for your pup to enjoy running around on over 1/2 an acre of wide open space. The office has a futon/sleeper bed & the family room has a queen size pull out couch. MVC also has a brand new central A/C & heater, washer & dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, single serve Keurig, smart TV's in the primary room and family room, DVD player & DVD's, outdoor firepit, board & outdoor games, and so much more! We have a ring camera doorbell at the front door for your safety. Forgot your cell charger?? Don’t worry we have cell phone chargers in all of the bedrooms.
