The house was immaculate. There are great views out to the forest. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. Parking was easy. Our visit went well and will hopefully book this place again

This house was a tremendous place to stay. It was super clean, in an amazingly beautiful area and neighborhood, and was great from every facet. We had two younger kids and the house was super enjoyable for them as well as us. The house was cozy, super clean and updated, had a great kitchen and all the beds/bedding provided a great nights sleep for everyone. David was awesome to work with from start to end. Check in and check out instructions were simple and easy to follow. If in the Flagstaff area I would highly recommend this home as it is very nice and clean and in a quiet neighborhood, but also just a short drive to a lot of epic things in Flagstaff. It feels very remote but you are still close to a lot of wonderful things.

The house is beautiful and clean. The surroundings were peaceful. It felt like we were in the middle of the woods. Super functional kitchen and bathrooms. It was nice to have laundry, a crib, and bassinet. Great location near grocery store and restaurants.

Loved this property! Plenty of room and beautifully decorated. David was very responsive and gave clear info to make check in and check out easy. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again next year!
