We enjoyed our stay at Nick's place. A cosy home in an estate conveniently located near a neighbourhood centre and Wybers Wood parkland. It suited us having off street parking and close by to friends and family.

House great location great everything there you need for a very enjoyable stay
My husband, toddler and I just did a month long stay at Nick's place. It was great!! There is a little Co-op very close by, and lots of nice walking/running trails, if that is your thing. The place was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen, so you do not need to buy necessities for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, flour, etc.). Neighbours are very friendly, always up for a chat, or happy to leave you be (neighbours to the left even gave our little guy a stuffed bear to take with us). Will definitely try to stay again when we return to Grimsby.
All good, nothing to complain about.

I have been lucky enough to live and have my own business in Ibiza for almost 20 years. It is a fantastic place to live and to visit on holiday and I want to ensure all of my guests who come here see the best side of the island! Ibiza often has the reputation of being a party island (and if that is what your here for great) but there is also so much more to the island. The beaches, restaurants, magical sunsets, the un-spoilt countryside, markets, countryside, Ibiza town at night and the stunning island of Formentera - the list goes on :) My aim (along with a small team of staff) is to make sure everyone visiting the island and staying in our properties makes the most of their time, enjoys the island to the full and hopefully wishes to return.
