Every time we visit Manila, our first option will be to stay at Ms Thelma's place. It feels like our second home whenever we're in Manila. Ms Thelma is a superb host - always responsive, warm, and accommodating. She also provides free welcome meals which we appreciate so much. Ms Thelma ensures that everything is well attended. The place is exactly what's in the photos. It's well maintained and clean. The unit is also complete with fridge, stove, rice cooker, pots and pans, and utensils - which allowed us to cook our meals. The place is also very accessible to the mall, which is just across where there is a SM Hypermarket, as well as different fast food and restaurants to choose from if you don't feel like cooking or don't have the time. Ms Tin, the caretaker, is also very nice and polite. She also ensures that checkin and checkout process is seamless. Overall, we always have a great stay in Ms Thelma's place and will always come back. :)

This is our 2nd time booking using Airbnb. Overall, Ma'am Thelma was a prompt and hospitable host with her assistant Ma'am TinTin. They provided us all the instructions and accommodations before, during and after our stay. We have clear communications with them, the place is totally worth it and, we're happy to celebrate our holidays on their unit. 2 days stay felt a little bit short but inside their unit, we felt at home. Topnotch comfort and warm ambiance inside with no issue at all. Thank you very much, Ma'am Thelma and Ma'am TinTin for the complementary cake—my Mother loved the cake since it is her favorite. Thank you again, Ma'am TinTin for the extent of your service and may God bless you more. We're looking forward to having another stay at your place, Ma'am Thelma! You're an incredible host with a pleasing personality and different approach to your guests and I liked that. Thank you very much again! 😇

Our stay was exceptional! Ms. Thelma went above and beyond, being accommodating with our needs and requests. She even gave us free Jollibee breakfast. They were kind and thoughtful, very helpful, and provided clear instructions. Communication was top-notch, and they always ensured we were okay. The place was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located in front of Deca Mall - perfect for anything you might need. We're grateful for the hospitality and will definitely be coming back!

We had a great stay at Ms Thelma's or Timmy's place. It has a very homey ambiance, has all the necessities, clean, and looks exactly like what's in the pictures. It has a kitchen where you can cook your meals, and is very accessible to the mall and grocery to buy your needs and essentials. The place also has microwave oven, electric kettle, fridge, induction stove, and rice cooker. There are also kitchen utensils to use. There is also Netflix where you can just relax and chill. Ms Timmy is also very accommodating and responsive to all our queries and has been very attentive to address any concerns immediately. She has also provided us with complimentary meals as a welcome treat! 😊 All in all, we had a wonderful stay at her place, and will definitely book again whenever we need a place to stay in Manila. Thanks again for accommodating us!
