Do not move or remove any furnishings in the unit, installing fixtures, vandalism, and alterations without the permission from the host. If guests will leave the unit, kindly turn off all the appliances especially the air-conditioning units. Minimize noise level during late hours as not to disturb the neighbors and avoid partying. Properly dispose trash in sealed bags to Basement 1 to prevent pests. Clean up the dishes and food containers after using. Conserve water. Refrain flushing foreign objects in the toilet bowl.
