We had the best possible stay in Maria Elenas apartment. It was clean, beautiful and located so central, which we really enjoyed. The communication with Maria Elena was effortless and the check-in was very easy. We can only recommend staying at this incredible place if you want to experience Seville.

Sitio muy céntrico, la terraza es un lujo y la piscinas es un puntazo aunque por el tiempo no la usamos prácticamente. yo lo recomiendo

L'appartement de Maria Elena est en ultra centre, très pratique pour visiter Séville ! La ville est tout de même fortement en travaux, et nous en avons eu malheureusement en bas de l'immeuble. L'appartement étant composé de beaucoup de baies vitrés, il est très mal isolé. A prendre en compte si vous souhaitez faire des grasses matinées (début des travaux : 7h30 !). La literie est toutefois absolument confortable, et la terrasse avec la petite piscine très très appréciable ! Le bassin pourrait toutefois être nettoyé. Le parking mis à disposition gratuitement est un vrai plus, car nous passions par Séville au milieu de notre parcours en Andalousie. Nous avons pu y laisser notre voiture les 3 jours, car elle est complètement inutile pour visiter la ville.

Brilliant location for all of Sevilles top attractions. Located just off a beautiful plaza with cafes, restaurants and shops everywhere. The Roof top terrace really makes this property special and is an amazing space to soak up the sun. The vista of roof tops and the dome of the Iglesia Colegial del Divino Salvador church is delightful. Only slight drawback is that sound really travels through the building and building works can be heard early in the morning. The mattress of the bed is pretty firm. The accommodation is simple but perfect for a couple. Seville is an incredibly beautiful city that is very vibrant. It is super clean and very easy to walk everywhere. Taxis are plentiful and cheap. The city is a thriving cultural city in its own right and receives a lot of tourists. It can get very busy at times especially at weekends. Me and my partner felt very safe especially at night time. I am already missing the fragrances of the orange trees and the beauty of the buildings.
