Our stay at Joseph and Ivy's was nothing less than amazing. They were proactive and consistent with communications which made everything run seamlessly from the moment they accepted our booking. We were traveling with our dog for the first time and Joseph and Ivy's place was beyond dog friendly. Our dog had plenty of toys and beds to choose from and she had a lovely yard to run freely in. The home itself is beautiful and spacious and is an easy walk to Main St. Hemlock quickly became one of our favorite spots during our stay. We will definitely be booking with Joseph and Ivy again whenever we're back in Catskill!

The place was very clean and all appliances worked well. We loved using the grill. It was a comfortable stay. We had the whole house with friends and we made it like our own. Ivy and Joe are the most sweet and kind host I’ve met, always trying to help with anything you need. I’m definitely coming back!!!

My husband, my son and I spent a few days in Joseph's house in April for spring break and had a lovely time. The house is big and comfortable and very well equipped. It's within walking distance of the center of Catskill. Joseph and Ivy are very reactive and sent us good recommendations of things to do in the area when it rains as we were unlucky with the weather. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to be able to stay there again in the future.

Easy check in and check out. Joseph made himself available for any questions we had. House was a dog owners dream - toys, beds, food stations readily available and a nice yard for them to run around. The weather wasn't great but Joseph had a bin of handy umbrellas which we put to good use. Location is near the Main St shopping strip which was where we needed to be. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. House was tastefully decorated - you can tell Joseph and Ivy really put some thought into their decor choices. We would definitely stay again.
