Exclusive use of our family home with sunny south-facing garden in the heart of Sidmouth, less than 5-10 minutes' walk to the shops and/or beach. Available for weekly bookings between 12th Aug to 2nd Sep 2023. The house is detached and sits in a quiet close of four houses. It has its own driveway which adjoins the front porch. At ground floor there is a large dine-in kitchen with bifold doors out to the main patio and garden. The living room is open-plan to the kitchen and contains a further table within the bay window which overlooks the garden, providing a lovely space for drawing, playing boardgames, etc.. Off the kitchen, there is a separate door to the ground floor ensuite double bedroom which has its own french doors out to a small outside private patio. At first floor there is a main bathroom and two large south-facing bedrooms with king sized beds, one of which has its own ensuite shower room. At the top of the house there is another bedroom, containing twin beds, set off a landing with large window and bench area facing west which captures the best of the evening sun.
