The Cove is a very special place to stay. Upon booking it looks great, though the photos do it no justice, it is an exceptional find! The property is located in a position that is beyond explanation until you experience it. You'll arrive at a beautiful property, a view you won't believe, and a beach experience that will have you snorkelling multiple times a day.

Robert is a great host and the location is very private and peaceful. It is essential to hire a car as the property is in a remote location

What an amazing place to stay in Port Vila. A 15-20 min drive down a fairly bumpy road from town but just enough to make you feel like you are staying somewhere quiet and peaceful, and on a fantastic beach too! The deck is amazing, an incredible place to relax, and the kitchen is pretty well equipped for you to stock up on provisions in town and make the most of the stunning evening light over the water. The beach like most in Vanuatu is best with reef shoes due to the coral and rocks but a great swimming tip is to enter the water via the little channel in front of the house to the left. Recommend having a car as transport to this part of town would require some planning. In terms of supplies we recommend the fresh market in town as well as the one in manples for fruit and vegetables, the deli Traverso for nice cheeses, snacks and a great butchery, the fish shop La Touque, and La Parisienne bakery (the last three are all located together!).

Absolutely loved this place! So private with beautiful surroundings right on the beach. We loved having the fire pit on the beach. The outdoor undercover area is huge with a big L shape couch to relax on & a big hammock. We used the BBQ every day! Plenty protected from the rain so still relaxing chilling out there if wet. We are familiar with the area & chose it for the beautiful snorkelling you can do from out the front here. Definitely recommend reef shoes. Highly recommend either hiring a car or quad bike (we hired a bike) as it’s out of the main traffic area & harder to get a bus into town. Plenty of room in this 1 bedroom house for a couple. Big TV with Netflix (very handy for when the cyclone hit up North & it rained all day. Bug screens on all doors & windows. Plenty of amenities provided, even down to laundry liquid, cling wrap etc. We bought stuff with us we didn’t need. Would definitely stay here again! Checking in & out was so easy. Good wifi also.

This home, property and location was absolutely magical! I couldn’t of had a more special experience. The house itself was super beautiful and really convenient. Everything I needed it had, blender, snorkelling equipment, even keep cups which I used to have a hot drink by the fire. The location is so spectacular! I did a big market and supermarket shop and then did all my cooking in the kitchen and tucked myself away on this private paradise property. It was tucked away enough to feel super private, but not too far away from other resorts or properties that I felt isolated. I LOVED fires on the beach every night, they were super magical. The snorkelling right in front of the property was breath taking with beautiful coral and an infinite supply of unique and colourful fish. I 100% intend on coming back. So grateful for this life changing experience! Couldn’t recommend any more 🙌
